AVON is a big company serving a lot of Representatives, there are times there will be things missing or they were out when your box went down the conveyor belt.
Log onto youravon.com
Click on Site Map
Look under the My Account Tab
Click EZ-Returns (this will pop up another internet screen)
Click Credit & Replacements
Click the campaign you were missing items, and find the missing items.
From there you click Replace, enter amount, choose #30 for charged on invoice but missing in box and then go to the far right and click what you want it replaced with.
When you are done, submit to AVON and you will get it in your next AVON Order.

I prepaid the amount of 300 in mid October my order was invoiced but the delivery guy who was sent to bring my order got my address wrong and I was not around at that moment and he returned it to the warehouse CapeTown and I feel like this is a long wait now coz no one is saying anything. May I please be refunded and be cancelled as an Avon representative, as much as I love the business but am at a disappointed stage now. My reference is 108877855.
